Auspicious potato dish
Wild yam is known as the "successful potato" because it grows larger every year.
Since ancient times, it has been used as a food to decorate the dinner table and as a gift for celebrations.
It also includes the wish for a long and tenacious life. Pine tree represents prosperity, bamboo represents growth, and wild yam represents longevity.

In traditional Chinese medicine, it is called yamaimo
Prediction (Yamayaku)
The taste is sweet and warm. Non-toxic. Major injury. Compensation. Cold relief fever. Under compensation. Good energy. Long skin meat. Strong shade. Kifuku ears and eyes are intelligent. Light weight. Year of no famine. Excerpt from “Shin-nong Bencao-jing”
*Yamaimo has a sweet taste and a warming effect, which invigorates the stomach and intestines, replenishes the body's weakness, and boosts energy. It also increases the body's moisture and keeps the skin healthy.
Furthermore, taking it over a long period of time will lighten the body and help prevent various signs of aging.
In the Shennong Materia Medica, it is classified as a top-grade medicine. We hope that eating wild yam will help you to be healthy and energetic.
