An organic semi-hard aged cheese with a fun color and flavor that changes with the seasons. Organic JAS certified.

In order to allow you to enjoy the flavor of seasonal milk, we deliver it at a young age, making it from whole milk (as it is when it is squeezed) to retain the cheese milk texture.
For example, in spring, the milk from the cows is from early grazing and has a strong grass flavor. In summer, the cows graze, and in autumn, the grass changes to hay and silage.
In winter, you can enjoy changes such as the fat content increasing and the flavor becoming richer.
