This product is made using 100% Uonuma brown buckwheat, which is grown without pesticides in the snowy Uonuma region using nutritious meltwater.
We store unpolished buckwheat in a snow room to prevent deterioration of its freshness and flavor, and use buckwheat that is kept fresh.

Soba noodles made with Echigo's traditional nori seaweed are characterized by their smooth texture and ease in the throat.

It has the effect of expelling toxins from the intestines and regulating the intestinal environment, as well as improving and preventing gallstones that form when waste products solidify.
