Made using domestic wheat flour, sea salt, and sesame oil, this noodle is made using the traditional hand-pulled somen method.

Shelf life: 2 years
The flour used is domestically produced.
The oil applied to the surface of the noodles to prevent them from sticking together is pressed sesame oil that can also be used as is in salads.
The somen noodles are carefully kneaded by craftsmen from early in the morning to produce the perfect noodles that are chewy and smooth.
Hand-pulled noodles do not get too soft, and are delicious even when eaten as nyumen (noodles in warm dashi broth).
