Since the Kanei period, we have been operating a brewery in Aizu, an area blessed with cold winters and hot, humid summers, making it the perfect place for brewing. We deliver soy sauce that features a deep aroma, a refreshing, sharp taste, and a clean aftertaste that you will never tire of.

Usage example: 1 part soup stock to water or hot water ratio ● Mochi and grated yam as is
●Simmered food: appropriate amount ●Noodle soup: 4 times ●Tempura sauce: 6 times ●Clear soup, chawanmushi, and cooked rice: 10 times
