Awamen (dried) goes well with Chinese food

These chewy noodles are made without using any buckwheat or wheat flour, but are made using non-glutinous millet and tapioca starch (modified starch) as a binder. They are manufactured in a dedicated factory in Japan.

It goes well with Chinese-style soups, so it can also be cooked like ramen and enjoyed.
It is rich in iron and is also suitable for supplementing zinc and vitamin B1.
