NH Domestic Organic Soybean Flour

We use 100% organically grown soybeans from Hokkaido, which are roasted until fragrant and then ground into powder.
It can be used in a wide range of dishes, including rice cakes and kinako drinks.

[Recommended! Kinako drink]
Add 4 tablespoons of soybean flour and, if desired, brown sugar or honey to 200cc of milk and mix well.
If you use a blender and add a little ice, it will mix well and taste even better.
