Made with organic durum wheat from Tuscany
Founded in 1908, Felicetti is a pasta manufacturer that is committed to "handmade" products.
The pasta is made using organic durum wheat from Tuscany, Italy, and is carefully crafted using the traditional Italian method of low-temperature drying.
It has a chewy texture and goes well with both Western and Japanese sauces.

Standard boiling time: 8 to 10 minutes [Boiling tips]
Add 2 teaspoons of salt to about 1 liter or more of boiling water for every 100g of spaghetti, and add the spaghetti while spreading it out. (At this point, adding an appropriate amount of olive oil will prevent the spaghetti from boiling over and the cotton from sticking.) The trick is to boil the spaghetti until it is slightly firm in the core.
[Notes]
Occasionally, black, brown, or white spots may be found on the spaghetti, but these are just wheat husks or flour mixed in unevenly, not mold or other foreign objects. Small holes are made in the bag to keep the spaghetti dry, but this does not affect the quality.
