How to eat/use ☆ For mitsumame, mizu yokan, agar jelly, etc. 1. Soak 5g of this product in water or lukewarm water (about 400ml to 450ml) until soft.
Guideline: Water...About 3 hours or more Lukewarm water...About 1 hour 2. After boiling, simmer on low heat for about 5 to 10 minutes (in winter) while stirring until melted, add flavors, etc., pour into molds, and cool and harden.
☆For cooking rice: After washing the rice, mix this product and cook with the usual amount of water.
The result is shiny, sticky rice.
Guideline: Approximately 1 teaspoon of this product for 3 cups of rice.
